Weddings

Our breathtaking venue is an ideal place for weddings. Our outdoor ceremonies offer beautiful, picturesque scenery, while the indoor venue offers a spacious well-lit room with wrap around windows and deck, creating a magical place for pictures, performances and dinners.

Outdoor ceremony fees include the set up and tear down of up to 200 light grey folding chairs, a registry table with basic white linen and an outdoor sound system.  Guests will have access to the lower lobby and washroom facilities.

When planning any event for outdoors, it is important to be prepared for the possibility of poor weather. Make sure to discuss rainy day options with Heritage Arts Centre staff as access to meeting rooms and the main floor lobby is not included in the outdoor ceremony fee unless booked in advance.

The Access Auditorium seats 160 guests, 8 to a table, on the main floor (170 maximum, includes the head table). 

There is space for 50 additional guests (max capacity) on the stage. *NOTE: if you plan to use the projector screen for videos, it will block the stage.

Please be aware that all events at the venue where music is played, facility renters must pay Entendem fees (licensing).

You will receive a contract with your total costs and payment schedule upon confirming your booking. Payments are done in increments from the non-refundable deposit at booking, to 6 months prior to the event, 3 months and 1 month. Any other fees such as staffing/bartending and corkage fees will be due the day after the event has concluded.
