Other things to keep in mind:
*All campers must pick up their own dog waste, or shall be fined. Please place dog waste in garbage cans, do not leave beside the garbage as it will not be picked up.
*Please be aware that Stonewall is a residential area, however we do have plenty of wildlife throughout the Park and surrounding areas such as Racoons, Skunks, Black Bears, Bobcats, Lynx, Cougars. Best course of action is to place the garbage and recycling outside in the early morning as to avoid attracting wildlife to your site and the campground.
Extra bags will only be picked up if there is a Waste Surcharge Sticker attached to it.
- the third and each additional bag of Landfill Waste
- the fourth and each additional bag of Yard Waste
Waste Surcharge Stickers may be purchased for $2.00 / sticker at the Town Office, Stonewall Family Foods, or Red River Co-op Food Store.
If the third and each additional bag of Landfill Waste or the fourth and each additional bag of Yard Waste does not have a Waste Surcharge Sticker attached to each bag, the additional bags above the allowable limit shall not be collected.
