Interlake Thunder Football Program

Description:Provides male and female athletes ages 7-17 in the Interlake region with the opportunity to play tackle football. The club competes annually in the Manitoba Minor Football Association and the Midget Football League of Manitoba. In 2015 the Thunder intend to field teams in the Manitoba Girls Football Association. Teams practice and play home games in both Stonewall and Selkirk, Manitoba.

Description:The Quarry Choristers is a multi generational, community ladies' choral group, that presents an annual dinner theater in May as well as performs at seniors homes and various functions upon request. The South Interlake Garden Club hosts an annual plant auction in May and a Flower, Fruit and Vegetable Show in August. Description:Scouts Canada is the country's leading coed youth organization. Through a variety of fun experiences, outdoor adventures, and contributions to their community, Scouts builds resilience and skills that set them up for life. Stonewall Scouting is divided into four groups: Beaver Scouts (ages 5-7), Cub Scouts (ages 8-10), Scouts (ages 11-14) and Venturer Scouts (ages 15-17). Meetings are held in Stonewall weekly on weekday evenings from September to June.
