The development of Stonewall’s first Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law review is an opportunity to establish strategic planning objectives for the community and to address several important changes that have occurred in the community over the past several years, including population growth, increased development, and socio-demographic shifts and changes. In addition, several planning-related initiatives have been recently undertaken and will have implications for the Town’s new Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law.
The Town of Stonewall is requesting submission of proposals from qualified planning consultants to prepare a Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law for the community. Interested respondents shall prepare a project proposal in accordance with the terms of the RFP, for review and consideration by the Project Steering Committee.
