FULL TIME PARKS & ARENA EMPLOYEE
The Town of Stonewall invites qualified individuals to apply for the full time position of Parks & Arena Employee. This position is covered by the Collective Agreement between the Town of Stonewall and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union 987.
Under the supervision and direction of the Parks & Arena Supervisor, the Parks & Arena Employee will perform varied duties requiring diverse skills and abilities in the area of arena and parks maintenance and operation.
Wage will be commensurate with qualifications and experience based on IUOE Local 987. This is a unionized position that includes an employee benefits package.
The preferred applicant will have experience in the operation of equipment (mowers, ice resurfacer) and experience/background with education and certification in ice refrigeration systems and facility/grounds maintenance.
